Components Frame (E) Left Arm (F) Right Arm (G) Front Leg (H) Seat Cushion (I) Customer Service: 800-367-2810 Page 2 of 5 Online: www.ballarddesigns.com... - Page 3 STEP 1: Place the Frame (E) upside down on a smooth, clean surface. Attach the Front Leg (H) to the Frame (E) using the 90mm Allen Screws (A). Tighten all Screws (A) with the Allen Wrench (D). STEP 2: Place the Frame (E) on its right side and attach the Left Arm (F) to the Frame (E) using 2 of the 40mm Allen Bolts (B).
- Page 4 STEP 4: Turn the Chaise upright and insert the Screw Plugs (C) into the 90mm Screw (A) holes. Lightly tap them into place. STEP 5: Place the Seat Cushion (I) on the Chaise.
