Click the icon of the printer to be used, then from the File menu
select Properties.

Perform the spooling settings.
Click the Details tab.
Click the Spool Settings button. The Spool Settings dialog box
opens.
Click the button for "Spool print jobs so program finishes
printing faster".
Click the OK button.
