Headlight beam adjustment
For the headlight beam adjustment, be sure
to proceed as follows; (It is advisable to have
a Yamaha dealer make this adjustment.)
Vertical adjustment:
1. Loosen the headlight body mounting
1. Cover
bolts.
2. Adjust the beam vertically be moving the
headlight body up or down.
WARNIN( :
Keep flammable products or your hands away
from the bulb while it is on, it will be hot.
Do not touch the bulb until it cools down.
3. Slip a new bulb into position and secure
it in place with the bulb holder.
4. Reinstall the cover and headlight unit
assembly. Adjust the headlight beam if
necessary.
