Conditions de garantie
En cas de problèmes de qualité du produit (échec de la rétention de chaleur dû à des défauts d'isolation sous vide), le remplacement du
fait-tout Maho Nabé NFJ-A600 TIGER est garanti sans frais jusqu'à 2 ans
Les problèmes dus à l'imitation, la négligence ou l'usure normale (par exemple, la perte de couleur) ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.
Des frais s'appliqueront pour les réparations et les remplacements après 2 ans

Remarques sur la garantie
1. Lisez le certificat de garantie attentivement, puis rangez-le en lieu sûr.
2. La période de garantie standard s'étend jusqu'à 2 ans à compter de la date d'achat.
Les pièces consommables, telles que les poignées du fait-tout, la poignée du couvercle et le socle, ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.
3. Pour faire valoir la garantie, préparez le certificat sur lequel sont tamponnés le sceau du produit et le sceau du revendeur auprès

Limitations et restrictions additionnelles

c) Dysfonctionnement ou dommage dû à une catastrophe naturelle (par exemple, un incendie, un tremblement de terre, une inondation,
ou la foudre) ou à des facteurs extérieurs (par exemple, la pollution, une guerre ou une émeute).
d) Dysfonctionnement ou dommage dû à une utilisation du produit autre que l'utilisation domestique normale (par exemple, un usage
prolongé en entreprise, à bord de véhicules ou de bateaux).
e) Absence de certificat de garantie avec cachet du revendeur.
f) Remplacement des pièces consommables.
g) Produits dont le numéro de série du fabricant a été modifié ou retiré.
h) D'autres cas d'utilisation non conforme à ce mode d'emploi ou à d'autres documents additionnels.
Les surfaces des produits en acier inoxydable peuvent se décolorer après exposition à la chaleur. Cette décoloration se produit lorsque le film
d'oxyde présent sur la surface en acier inoxydable est chauffé. Ce phénomène est inévitable pour les produits en acier inoxydable, c'est pourquoi
il n'est pas couvert par la garantie. Cependant, ce phénomène n'est pas nocif pour le corps humain et ne nuit donc pas à la qualité de la cuisson.

Warranty terms

Replacement of the TIGER NFJ-A600 Maho Nabé due to problems in product quality (heat retention failure due to vacuum insulation
defects) is guaranteed free of charge for up to 2 years from the purchase date.

Problems due to imitation, negligence, or normal wear (e.g., color fading) are not covered under the warranty. Fees will apply for repairs
and replacement after 2 years from the purchase date.

Notes on the warranty
1. Read the warranty certificate carefully, and store it safely.
2. The warranty period extends up to 2 years from the purchase date.
Consumable parts, such as the pot handles, lid handle, and trivet, are not covered under the warranty.
3. To redeem the warranty, prepare the warranty certificate on which the product seal and seal of the dealer from which you purchased the
product are stamped, and use the "Contact information" below.
Additional limitations and restrictions
Fees will apply in the following cases, even during the warranty period.
a) Malfunction or damage due to improper use, repair, or modification.

c) Malfunction or damage due to natural disasters (e.g., fire, earthquake, flooding, or lightening) or external factors (e.g., pollution, war, or riot).

f) Replacement of consumable parts.
g) Products on which the manufacturer serial number has been modified or removed.
h) Other instances of use not conforming to these operating instructions or other supplementary documents.
The surfaces of stainless steel products may discolor after heating. This discoloration occurs when the oxide film on the stainless steel
surface is heated. This phenomenon cannot be avoided in stainless steel products and, therefore, is not covered under the warranty.
However, be aware that the phenomenon is not harmful to the human body and does not affect product performance.
