 Only use this unit according to this instruction manual and for the intended
use.
 Supervise closely when the unit is used near children. Do not allow children to
use the unit. Operate the unit out of reach of children or persons in need of
supervision.
 Never direct the air random orbital sander towards people, animals or plants.
 Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
 For your own safety always use the air quick coupling adaptor to connect the
air tool to the air supply.
 Wear personal protective equipment. Always wear safety goggles to
protect your eyes when using the air random orbital sander. The air
random orbital sander creates a high noise emission level. Therefore
it is recommended to use appropriate hearing protection when using
it. If you intend to grind wooden material, protect yourself by wearing a
dust mask. Wood dust can cause cancer.
 Wear convenient work clothes. Wear tight clothes, non-slip footwear
and a hair net if you wear long hair or tie it up. Jewellery and loose
clothing may be caught by the moving parts of the tool.
 Do not use the air tool near flammable liquids, gases or dust. Sparks may
ignite the dust or fumes.
 Sanding dust is flammable. Keep the amount of flammable material to a
minimum by periodically emptying the dust bag.
 Avoid whirling up dust when emptying the dust bag. Do not inhale the sanding
dust.
 Do not touch any rotating parts.
 Disconnect from air supply before changing sanding dics or sanding pad,
servicing or when tool is left unattended.
