Refrigerant line connection
(Flare connnections)
In order not to impair the good performance
of these units, ensure that the length of the
lines and the number of elbows are kept to
a minimum.
Prevent strangulation by using large radius
curves. The units leave the factory with an
adequate refrigerant charge.
Optionals
These are elements which can be
incorporated into the units to improve the
installation and performance.
• Mixing box with adjustable damper (acc).
• Suction/discharge air plenum (acc).
• High efficiency filter (acc).
• Discharge air plenum (Octopus) with
2 or 3 or 4 outlets (acc).
• Electrical heater (opt/acc).
• Hot water coil (opt/acc).
• Condensate drain pump (opt).
• Kit comfort zone (opt/acc).
Start-up
Do not attempt to start-up the unit, even
momentarily, until the following steps have
been completed:
• All electrical and refrigerant connections
to the outdoor unit must be properly
completed.
• Ensure that there are no refrigerant
leaks.
• Check that the power supply coincides
with that stated on the nameplates.
• Check that the fan rotates freely.
The unit should be started up under the
supervision of a qualified refrigeration
engineer.
VERY IMPORTANT:
• Never use the compressor as a
vacuum pump.
• If more refrigerant is needed, add gas
very slowly via the suction line.
Liquid must never be introduced in
the suction line.
• Do not overload.

Per ottenere la massima efficienza

minimo indispensabile.
Evitare eventuali strozzature utilizzando

Avviamento
Non avviare l'unità, anche momentanea-
mente, fino a quando non sono state
completate le seguenti operazioni:
• Devono essere completate tutte le
connessioni elettriche e frigorifere.
• Assicurarsi che non ci siano perdite di
refrigerante.
• Controllare che la tensione fornita sia la
stessa riportata sulla targhetta.
• Controllare che il ventilatore giri libera-
mente.
L'unità deve essere avviata sotto la
supervisione di un tecnico specializzato
nella climatizzazione.
IMPORTANTISSIMO:
• Non usare mai il compressore come
una pompa del vuoto (unità esterna).
• Se è necessario più refrigerante,
aggiungere gas molto lentamente.
attraverso la linea di aspirazione.
Non introdurre MAI liquido nella linea
di aspirazione.
• Non introdurre mai quantità eccessive
di refrigerante.
