IJ-15K, WJ PRO - Turning On Batch Reporting
A Batch is the total amount of mail pieces processed
between counter resets.
Turning on Batch Reporting allows the user to:
- Start recording Batch Information
- View and Print Batch Reports
When Batch Reporting is set to active, an additional menu
button, PRESORT REPORT(shown below), will be
displayed from the Main Menu.
This allows the user to view and print data relating to the
recorded Batch (ex. date the Batch started on, postage
printed for each mail piece, etc.).
When Batch Reporting is set to inactive this menu button will
not display.
Interactive Instructions
To Turn On Batch
Reporting:
1. Select LOGIN to access Supervisor Mode.
2. Enter the Supervisor PIN.
