Instale la llave de paso en la tubería de agua potable de uso frecuente más
cercana.

Coloque la llave en un lugar que tenga fácil acceso. Lo mejor es colocarla en
el lateral de un tubo vertical. Si fuera necesario colocarla en un tubo
horizontal, haga la conexión en la parte superior o lateral, en vez de en la
inferior, para evitar la extracción de sedimentos presentes en el tubo.

Haga un agujero de 1/4" en el tubo con un taladro, usando una broca bien
afilada. Elimine las asperezas que pudieran haberse producido al hacer el
agujero con el taladro.

Una la llave de paso al tubo de agua fría con la abrazadera de tubo.

Apriete los tornillos de la abrazadera hasta que la arandela obturadora
empiece a dilatarse.
No apriete demasiado pues podría quebrar el tubo de cobre.

My water in the door (GE Profile Performance circa 2000) is taking upto 10 seconds to dispense water after a day or two of non use. Where can l look to solve this issue? Also last night water was coming out from under the fridge. I installed an heavy 3/16" plate under the fridge so the wheels wouldn't cause a dent in the floor and make it hard to initially move.
