The command should not be used with handshaking of 7-bit data word length and
XON/XOFF control. Otherwise the status transmitted using this command cannot be
differentiated from the XON/XOFF codes.

When Auto Status Back (ASB) is enabled using GS a, the status transmitted by GS ENQ
and the ASB status must be differentiated.

Defines a downloaded bit image using the dots specified by x and y.

The number of dots is x
