- n = 2, if the customer display is enabled via setup (DISPLAY: ENABLE)
- n = 1, if the customer display is disabled via setup (DISPLAY: DISABLE)

When executing ESC @, default values of the parameter n change as follows, depending
on the value set by ESC = just before processing ESC @ and on the setup:
- if n was 1, remains unchanged
- if n was 2, remains unchanged
- if n was 3, then n: becomes 2 when the customer display is enabled via setup
