FAULT-FINDING PROCEDURE
+ 15V between 10 & 11
on B5
— 15V between 9 & 10
on B5
Contact your dealer
Same steps as for nul
voltage (see above)
Contact your dealer
Check fuse
Disconnect the set, shunt
trigger terminals and
check continuity R=0
between 5 and 6 on B3.
Trigger = 1
Check for 220V at
solenoid valve terminals.
Trigger = 1
Check electrical
continuity between 5 and
6 of B4.
With electrode/
workpiece short-
circuited, reading should
be : Iw = 8 to 10A
If Iw = 0 , check control
board
If Iw ≥ 10A, check control
board
Measure :
+ 15V between 10 & 11
on B5
— 15V between 9 & 10
on B5
Check the potentiometer
wiring and condition
Contact your dealer
Switch off set.
Selector in position
Check on an ohmmeter
R=0 between 6 and 7 of
B5
Measure:
