5.1

Hazards to the operator

At WMF, safety is one of the most essential
product features. The effectiveness of the safety
devices can only be ensured if the following
points are observed:
• Read the User Manual carefully prior to use.
• Do not touch hot device components.
• Do not use the device if it is not working
properly or if it is damaged.
• Built-in safety devices must never be altered.
• This device can be used by children of age 8 or
greater while under continuous supervision,
as well as by persons with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of
experience or knowledge, once they have been
instructed in the safe use of the machine and
the risks associated with it.
• Children may not play with the device.
• Cleaning and user maintenance must not be
performed by children.
