Chilled Water Setpoint - The chilled water temperature setpoint maintained by the chiller
plant. The setpoint is internally clamped so it will not exceed the highest freeze point
configured in any chiller.
Condenser Water Temperature

CW Part Load Setpoint – The condenser water temperature setpoint at partial load.
