Description
DRAM timing is defined by user.
DRAM timing is defined by SPD.
Set DRAM CAS latency time.
Set DRAM precharge delay time.
Set DRAM RAS# to CAS# delay 4 SCLKs
3 SCLKS or 2 SCLKS.
Set DRAM RAS# precharge as 4,3 or 2.
Set Memory Frequency.
Set Memory Frequency as 266MHz.
Set Memory Frequency as 333MHz.
Set Memory Frequency as 400MHz (Opt.)
Besides conventional memory,the system
