Your authorized BMW Motorrad
retailer will be happy to provide
qualified advice on the selection
of genuine BMW parts and ac-
cessories as well as other BMW-
approved products.
These parts and products have
been tested by BMW for safety,

function and suitability. BMW
accepts product liability for these
products.
BMW is unable to accept any li-
ability whatsoever for parts and
accessories which it has not ap-
proved.

Onboard power sockets

Information on using onboard
power sockets:
Automatic deactivation
Onboard sockets are switched off
automatically under the following
conditions:
If the battery voltage falls below
the level required to start the
vehicle.
If the maximum load spec-
ified in the technical data is
exceeded.
During starting.
