Safety Notes
This manual belongs to the product. It contains important notes on operating
the unit. Please pass it on along with the unit if it is handed over to a third
party!
Dispose of the packaging materials carefully. Small parts can be swallowed
and plastic bags may become a deadly toy for children.
Do not use the slide hammer for other purposes. The slide hammer is
intended for removing construction materials only. Do not use it as pry bar or
similar.
After using the slide hammer, reinsert the transport safety pin in order to
avoid injuries by accidentally slipping out of the slide hammer.
Always hold the slide hammer firmly with both hands, one hand on the handle
and the other on the foam sleeve. By doing this you will avoid injuries.
Only use the tool according to this instruction manual and for the intended
use.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the tool, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
Do not use the tool when your reactivity is affected by alcohol consumption,
medication, drugs, illness or tiredness. One moment of abstraction operating
the unit can cause grave injuries.
The unit does not belong into the hands of children. Keep it out of reach of
children and persons in need of supervision. Do not leave it lying around and
make sure it cannot become a toy.
Application Range
Removing Vinyl and ceramic tiles, linoleum and carpets, roofing materials such as
roofing paper, built-up paint, glue etc.
The slide hammer is a safe and convenient alternative to a hammer and chisel.
