Existing users: upgrading from older processors
Existing CI recipients, or those using Hybrid mode on older sound processors, can be
converted to the Nucleus 7 system with Hybrid mode.
To do this, you need to fit them with a Nucleus 7 Sound Processor and Cochlear Hybrid
receiver and dome, and reprogram their system with Custom Sound software Version 5.0
(or above).
