    IMPORTANT WARNINGS Place the platform in a room in which the following conditions are respected: - level supporting surface, - stability and absence of vibrations, - absence of aggressive powders or vapours, - absence of airstreams, - moderate temperature and humidity (don’t expose directly to sunlight or heat sources), - floor hardness 100kg/cm at least.

    The two platforms’ cell are equalized through junction box, complete of screened 6-pole cable, approximately 3 meters long, for the connection to the weight indicator. All FPW series’ modules have been projected and constructed with a wide margin of safety, also in particularly adverse environment conditions.

    2. FLOOR INSTALLATION NOTE: the weighing module must be connected to a dedicated weight indicator through the cable proceeding from the junction box, following the indicator’s instructions. The electronic instruments connected to the platforms cannot be calibrated before being supplied. The customer will be responsible for the instrument’s preparation and calibration.

  • Page 14 WARRANTY Scale House products are guaranteed for a period of twelve months from delivery, excluding the parts classified as expendable materials such as mechanical printing heads, batteries, electric motors and wheels. The warranty for these expendable materials is three months. The warranty refers to breakdowns resulting from any construction defect or material defect of the product supplied and covers the cost of labor and spare parts.

    1. EINLEITUNG Alle Wiegen Module der FPW Serie sind aus hochwertigen Materialen und durch eine Kalibrieren Prozedur, die die höchste Zuverlässigkeit und dauerhafte Wiegensicherheit garantiert, konstruiert. Die Maßelementen bestehen aus 4 Wägezellen, die nach der Internationalen OIML R60 Empfehlung produziert werden.

    2. INSTALLATION AUF DEM BODEN NOTABENE: der Wiegen Modul muss zu einem dazu bestimmten Gewichtsanzeiger verbunden sein. Die Verbindung wird durch das Kabel der Anschlussdose und nach den Anweisungen des Anzeigers realisiert. Man kann die elektronische Geräte, die zu den Plattformen verbunden sind, nicht kalibrieren, bevor sie zu speisen. Der Kunde ist für die Vorbereitung und die Kalibration des Geräts verantwortlich.

    7. ANWEISUNGEN FÜR DIE GLEICHMACHUNG DER PLATTFORMEN 1. Wenigstens 20 Umdrehungen der Schrauben von allen Trimmern „T“ im Uhrzeigersinn ausführen, um das höchste Signal über jede Zelle zu erhalten. GLEICHMACHUNG KARTE 2.   • Page 27 GARANTIE Die Gewährleistung beläuft sich auf zwoelf Monate ab Lieferdatum, ausgenommen sind Verschleißteile wie: Druckköpfe, Batterien, Räder und elektrische Motoren. Für dieses Verbrauchsmaterial beträgt die Gewährleistungsdauer drei Monate. Die Gewährleistung betrifft die eventuellen Schaden, der von Baumangel oder Produktfehler herkommen und sie deckt die Kosten der Arbeitsleistung und der ersetzten Bauteilen.

INTRODUCTION Tous les modules de pesage de la série FPW sont fabriqués avec des matériaux de qualité et avec une procédure d'étalonnage qui garantit la fiabilité maximale et la précision du pesage dans le temps. Les éléments de mesure sont constitués de 4 cellules de chargement, produites conformément à la Recommandation Internationale OIML R60.

    AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI Posizionare la piattaforma in un locale dove siano rispettate le seguenti condizioni: - superficie di appoggio piana e livellata, - stabilità e assenza di vibrazioni, - assenza di polveri o vapori aggressivi, - assenza di correnti d'aria, - temperatura e umidità moderate ( non esporre alla luce diretta del sole o vicino a fonti di calore). - durezza del pavimento di almeno 100kg/cm Assicurarsi del livellamento della piattaforma attraverso i piedini e la livella a bolla d'aria, presente nella versione omologata (vedere istruzioni di SBLOCCAGGIO E INSTALLAZIONE).

    1. INTRODUZIONE Tutti i moduli di pesatura della serie FPW sono costruiti con materiali di qualità e con una procedura di calibrazione che garantisce la massima affidabilità e precisione di pesatura nel tempo. Gli elementi di misura sono costituiti da 4 celle di carico, prodotte in conformità alla Raccomandazione Internazionale OIML R60. Le due piattaforme hanno le celle equalizzate tramite scatola di giunzione dotata di cavo schermato a 6 poli lungo 3 m circa per collegamento all'indicatore di peso.
