- Page 2 1. If you are installing the system in existing 3” or 3-1/2” diameter floor sockets, install the appropriate adapter rings (D) or (E) on the bottom portion of the pole that will be installed in the floor. Tighten the setscrews. Disregard the VB24 Floor Sockets (H) if provided. 2.
