Symptom

Fix
Ensure the WMC01 interface cable is connected to the correct audio input
port on the VIPEDIA-12 or Integra device.
Connect the WMC01 interface cable to the Router 1 connection on the
WMC01.
Reload the PAVA SCT configuration file using the File Transfer Tool. The
device will reboot.
Once the device reboots move the cable to the Router 1 connection.
Check the WMC01 unit is in the same network as the host VIPEDIA-12.
Verify the MAC address is entered correctly in the PAVA SCT
1) Check connections as described above.
2) If still no comms, re-load configuration into host VIPEDIA-12 unit.
3) Power cycle the WMC01 unit and clear faults on the VIPEDIA-12 unit.
4) If still no comms, reset the WMC01 configuration and re-commission
the unit.
To reset the WMC01 configuration:
Set DIP switch 2 on the rear of the WMC01 to 'UP'
