Do not use near explosive/flammable gases
Possible fire hazard when used with oxygen administering equipment other than nasal or
masked types.
When administering oxygen with nasal or mask equipment, oxygen or air tubing MUST
be routed and secured properly to ensure tubing does not become entangled, pinched or
severed during operation of bed.
Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by or near CHILDREN OR
PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
NEVER PERMIT ANYONE UNDER THE BED AT ANYTIME.
When operating or moving the bed, ALWAYS ensure the individual in the bed is
positioned properly within the confines of the bed.
DO NOT allow extremities to protrude over the side of the bed or between the rails when
performing bed functions.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
SERVICE/MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL: The bed is a heavy piece of equipment. It is strongly
recommended that any servicing or maintenance of the bed be performed by two or more
personnel.
