Wheel-Type Ejectors Wheel-type ejectors expel seed remnants from seed disc orifices. These ejectors are disc specific and colored coded to match disc.

Row Unit Operation M0314-01 Model 4805 SPIKED CLOSING WHEEL Spiked closing wheels crumble the sidewall, allowing roots to penetrate soil. They can be used on pull row units and push row units. Align spiked closing wheels straight across from each other, in most rearward holes on closing wheel arm.

Fertilizer Model 4805 M0314-01 PTO PUMP DRIVE STARTUP PROCEDURE 1. While the engine is running at low speed, start the tractor PTO. 2. Increase the speed of the PTO gradually to a minimum of 800 RPM. If your applicator is equipped with electronic scale, make sure to take note of the weight reading and working area for future calibration.

Fertilizer M0314-01 Model 4805 CHECK VALVES Low rate check valves are provided for in-line installation between liquid fertilizer piston pump and openers or in-furrow to ensure equal distribution of product at low rates and siphon protection for field turns. Check valves eliminate the need for anti-siphon loops.

Troubleshooting Model 4805 M0314-01 SOLENOID VALVE PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION No solenoids operate. Low voltage. Must be connected to 12 VDC only. Negative ground. Blown fuse. Replace control console fuse with AGC-15 amp. Battery connection. Clean and tighten. Wiring harness damaged.
