2. Canister Full/Blockage - With Clamp on Tubing
(if no clamp, see next instructions)
WHAT YOU

WHAT TO DO
First, visually assess the canister to see if it is full. If the canister is full, change the canister (2.3 Changing the Canister).
If the canister is not full, proceed with the steps below.
Make sure

OPEN.
Wait

stays on, go
to step 5.

Replace with new canister,
reattach tubing and open clamp.
If you see:

SOLID LIGHT
Canister Full/Blockage is fixed.
NOTE: A false Canister Full/Blockage alert can occur if drainage moves into the canister while the ALLY TO GO™ is
lying on its front (the button side) or if it is turned upside down. If this occurs, you must change the canister to
resume negative pressure wound therapy. Always keep the ALLY TO GO™ upright.
