When you have completed the drainage process,
turn the unit back on and ensure the 'Water' and
'Comp' indicators are no longer flashing. This
signals the process has been carried out correctly
and the unit has been drained.
Note! To stop the buzzing sound, press any button
on the unit's remote control.
Note! Always wait at least 3 minutes after switching
off the unit before turning it back on. This will help
prolong the life of the compressor.
Draining Without the Tank
You can also drain the unit without needing to
empty the water tank. To do so, simply remove
the drain plug and plug cap, insert the drain tube
into the water outlet, and connect the other end of
this tube into a drain, as shown in the illustrations
below.
Note! The drain must be at or below the outlet level.
Note! Please note that when using this method of
drainage, the 'Water' indicator on the unit's control
panel will not flash.
