INSTALLING THE DEVICE Electrical Connection A qualified electrician must carry out the electrical installation of this heater. The electrical installation must comply with the current UK regulations. Any claim on the warranty will be invalid if these requirements have not been met.
5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: Some of the heater’s functions can only be accessed using the remote included with the heater. Switching ON (Master Switch) Once the heater has been mounted on the wall and correctly connected to the main electricity power supply, press the master On-Off switch at the back of the heater on the right hand side.
Selection of The Mode This function is only accessible using the remote control. NOTE: Pressing the On/Off button located on the rear of the heater underneath the master On/Off switch will cycle the heater between standby and (2000w) mode which is explained below.

18. MAINTENANCE AND CARE Ducasa heaters require very little maintenance. The surfaces of the heater must not be cleaned with an abrasive product or those containing granular substances. We recommend regular cleaning with PH neutral products.
