- Page 4 ExtraStar ExtraStar ist eine phosphatgebundene Spezialeinbettmasse zur Herstellung von Pressformen für die Presskeramik. ExtraStar ist frei von Gips und Graphit. ExtraStar wird mit ExtraStar-Liquid angemischt. 1 Sicherheitshinweise Ein Vermischen mit anderen Flüssigkeiten oder Materialien bei der Verwendung darf nicht erfolgen, da dabei gesundheitliche Gefahren sowie Beeinträchtigungen der Pressqualität nicht ausgeschlossen wer- den können.
- Page 5 3 Lagerung der Einbettmasse Aus Erfahrung wissen Sie, welche Folgen äußere Einwirkungen (wie z. B. Sommer/ Winterzeit) auf Ihre Gussergebnisse haben. Daher sollten Sie darauf achten, wo die Einbettmasse und die dazugehörige Flüssigkeit im Labor gelagert werden: Frostfrei, trocken, Temperaturbereich +5 °C bis +30 °C bei 30 % bis 90 % relativer Feuchte. Wenn Sie nun im Labor einen Ort finden, an dem diese Temperaturen das ganze Jahr über herrschen, prima! Da gehört die Einbettmasse hin! - Page 7 7 Pressen Das Pressen erfolgt nach den Verarbeitungshinweisen des jeweiligen Presskeramikherstellers. 8 Ausbetten Nach dem Pressen die Muffel an Luft auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen lassen und ausbetten. Zum einfachen Ausbetten die Lage der Pressobjekte mit Hilfe des Aluminiumoxid-Pressstempels anzeichnen. Danach mit einer Trennscheibe die Einbettmasse tief einschneiden. Anschließend mit Hilfe eines Gipsmessers die Muffel vorsichtig spalten.
