PAIRING, UNPAIRING A TELEPHONE
If the maximum number of tele-
phones paired with the audio system is
reached, you need to unpair an exist-
ing telephone before pairing a new one
(refer to the information on "Unpairing a
telephone" in this section).
Your hands-free phone
system is only intended to
facilitate communication by
reducing the risk factors,
without removing them completely.
Always comply with the laws of the
country in which you are travelling.

Unpairing a phone
Unpairing enables you to delete a tele-
phone from the hands-free telephone
system memory:
– press 3 or 19 to access the "Phone"
menu;
– select the "Delete device" menu
using 6 or 15, then press 6 or 18 to
confirm;
– select "YES" using 6 or 15, then
press 6 or 18 to confirm.
A message is displayed on the audio
system screen asking you to confirm
your choice (as shown in the illustra-
tion).
If six telephones are already stored, the
system offers to delete one of the de-
vices. If you select "ON", you will be re-
directed to the "Del. device" menu.

Note: unpairing a telephone deletes all
contacts from the phonebook and the
call log in the audio system synchro-
nised with the telephone.
