If product supplied with optional adjustable latch, refer to step 2 before installation .

Modifying Adjustable Latch for Backset (If necessary)

An adjustable latch is optional and pre-set from factory at 2-3/4". An adjusting tool is attached from
factory to assist in adjustment to 2-3/8" if necessary. Note: Adjusting tool MUST be removed prior to
installation of latch.
From 2-3/4" To 2-3/8" Backset:
Set for 2-3/4"
