Checking the engine oil level

Check the oil level while the engine is off and cold. If the
engine is not cold, it must have been off for at least ten
minutes.
The check must be performed with the motorcycle
placed in an upright position on a horizontal surface.
Danger - Do not start the engine if the oil
level is below the MIN mark.
The oil level must be between the MAX and MIN marks
shown on the crankcase.
