Assembling the fermenter and other equipment Once you have unboxed your KegLand 30L Flat-Bottom starter kit and checked everything is included, begin by assembling your fermenter. Stick the Stick-On Thermometer onto the outside of the fermenter. We suggest putting it next to the volume markings between the 10L and 20L markings.
