    Service and lifetime 2 .01 Lifetime The Swing Lift II has an expected lifetime of 15 years, on the condition of correct use and correct service inspections, see section 2.02. Replacement of components Replacement of batteries, PCBs and lifting strap on the hoist must be perfor- med by a qualified service technician or the Guldmann Service Team.

    (the “Warranty Period”). If a valid claim is made during the Warranty Period for malfunction or equipment defect, Guldmann will repair or replace the equipment at no additional cost to you. Guldmann retains sole discre- tion as to whether the equipment will be repaired or replaced.

    Guldmann Certified Technician will be guaranteed for the remainder of the Warranty Period. In the event the warranty is rendered null and void, the pur- chaser shall indemnify and hold Guldmann harmless of and from any and all claims or liability arising as a result of equipment malfunction or misuse.

    Die Schwenkstruktur kann auf einen anderen Unterbau an einem anderen Ort umgesetzt werden. Das Gewicht der Schwenkstruktur muss berücksichtigt werden. Der „zusätzliche“ Unterbau muss mit dem Swing Lift II bestellt werden, da Unterbau und obere Manschette für jeden Swing Lift II speziell angefertigt werden.

    2 .00 Wartung und Lebensdauer 2 .01 Lebensdauer Der Swing Lift II hat eine erwartete Lebensdauer von 15 Jahren, sofern eine sachgemäße Verwendung gegeben ist und Wartungen, wie in Abschnitt 2.02 beschrieben, durchgeführt werden. Austausch von Komponenten Der Austausch von Akkus, Leiterplatten und Hebegurten am Deckenlifter muss von einem qualifizierten Techniker oder vom Guldmann-Serviceteam durchgeführt werden.

    Zeitpunkt des Ersterwerbs und der Montage (der „Garantiezeitraum“). Falls wäh- rend des Garantiezeitraumes berechtigte Gewährleistungsansprüche aufgrund einer Fehlfunktion oder eines Defektes erhoben werden, wird Guldmann das Pro- dukt austauschen oder reparieren, ohne dass Ihnen hierdurch zusätzliche Kosten entstehen. Guldmann behält sich das Recht vor, nach alleinigem Ermessen zu entscheiden, ob das Produkt ausgetauscht oder repariert werden soll.

    Wartung und Reparatur Bitte holen Sie die Zustimmung von Guldmann GmbH ein, ehe Sie während des Gewährleistungszeitraums einen defekten Artikel zurückgeben. Sie er- halten eine Rückgabeberechtigungsnummer und eine Adresse, an die Sie das Produkt zum Zwecke einer Reparatur oder eines Austauschs im Rahmen der Garantie senden können.

    Service och livslängd 2 .01 Livslängd Swing Lift II har en förväntad livslängd på 15 år, under förutsättning av korrekt användning och servicekontroller, se avsnitt 2.02. Byte av komponent Byte av batterier, PCB och lyftband på lyften måste utföras av en kvalificerad servicetekniker eller Guldmann.

    För att garantin ska fortsätta att gälla under hela garantiperioden måste all service av utrustningen utföras av en tekniker utsedd av Guldmann. De delar eller komponenter som repareras eller byts ut av en tekniker utsedd av Guldmann omfattas också av garantin under återstoden av garantiperioden.
