1. Rowing Front - Starting position.
2. Roll the torso forward over the legs and reach the
hands to the carriage.
3. Press the arms forward as you continue to flex the
spine.
4. Reach the arms forward and straighten the torso
into one long line from hips to hands.
5. Circle the arms out to the sides.
6. Return to the starting position.
