3. Extend the spine as you circle the arms up toward
the ceiling.
4. Continue to circle the arms up and around to the
back keeping the chest as high as possible.
5. Continue to circle the arms as you lower the torso
back onto the box.
6. Reach the arms forward.
7. Return to the starting position.
