1. Pull Across - Starting position.
2. Pull the strap across the midline keeping the elbow
slightly bent.
1. Pull Across with Rotation - Starting position.
2. Rotate the torso as you pull the arm across the
body.
1. Draw a Sword - Starting position.
2. Pull the strap across the body leading with the
elbow.
3. Straighten the elbow.
