FUSES

If something electrical on your
motorcycle stops working, the first
thing you should check for is a
blown fuse. The electrical circuits
on the motorcycle are protected
from overload by fuses in the cir-
cuits.
If a blown fuse is found, then the
electrical
problem
inspected and repaired before
replacing the blown fuse with a
new fuse. Consult your Suzuki
dealer for the electrical system
check and repair.
 WARNING
Replacing a fuse with a fuse
that has an incorrect amperage
rating or substitute, e.g. alumi-
num foil or wire, may cause
serious damage to the electri-
cal system and possibly fire.
Always replace a blown fuse
with a fuse of the same amper-
age rating.
If the new fuse blows in a short
time, the electrical problem
may not be fixed. Have your
motorcycle inspected immedi-
ately by your Suzuki dealer.
