Troubleshooting

First, try the actions described on pages 60 - 67.
If the problem persists, consult the installer, seller, or TOTO customer service
(see contact information on the back cover).

■ Is the "Power ON/OFF" setting "OFF"?
Switch it to "ON" with the remote control. (Page 15 Step

The main unit is not mounted properly.

■ Is the breaker on the distribution board turned on?
Check whether there is a power outage or the
breaker has turned "OFF".

toilet seat temperature may be reduced or the heater may be
turned off.

Remove obstructions, dirt, water
droplets or any other blockages.
