Troubleshooting

First, try the actions described on pages 36 to 39.If
the problem persists, consult the installer, seller or the
contact listed on the back cover of this manual.

Is the POWER LED fl ickering?
➞The main unit is not mounted properly.
Mount the main unit again. (Page 26)
■ Is the breaker on the
distribution board turned
on?
➞Check whether there is a power
outage or the breaker has turned
"OFF".
■ While the LED is lit, energy saver
so the toilet seat temperature may be reduced or the
heater may be turned off.

If a water leak occurs, close
the shutoff valve.
