    Preventing damage from freezing and measures for long-term disuse Preparation for freezing conditions Keep the toilet warm, so that the temperature stays above freezing. If this is not possible, drain the water. If you worry that the water might freeze, follow these procedures to prevent damage to the Washlet. If the Washlet freezes, it might suffer damage and water leaks could occur.
