Prerequisites
1. Remove the back cover.
2. Remove the stand.
3. Remove the hard drive.
4. Remove the inner frame.
5. Remove the camera.
6. Remove the microphones.
7. Remove the power-button
8. Remove the front bezel.
9. Remove the system-board
10. Remove the chassis fan.
11. Remove the speakers.
12. Remove the side I/O-board.
13. Remove the wireless card.
14. Remove the processor heat
15. Remove the I/O bracket.
16. Remove the I/O board.
17. Remove the system board.
Procedure
NOTE: Depending on the configuration you ordered, the appearance of the middle frame may differ.
1. Press the tabs on the display-converter cable (CONVERTER) and disconnect the cable from the display assembly through its
slot on the middle frame.
2. Remove all of the cables from the routing guides on the middle frame.
NOTE: Note the routing of each cable as you remove them and the order of removal so that you can reroute it correctly
during the replacement of the middle frame.
