Secondary connections mechanism alignment
In order to ensure proper engagement without damage of the control connections of the controller, it
shall be reviewed the condition of the secondary connection mechanism ensuring that is aligned with the
correspondent parts on the controller truck.
To follow this simple instructions helps to eliminate risk of crashing the mechanism causing damage in the
connectors that finally can produce loss of the control signals.
Please review following instructions previous to insert the controller into the MCC cell:
1.
Identify the secondary connection
mechanism on the floor of the
controller module.

2.
Review that frontal tongue is not
damaged or folded during any
commissioning or maintenance
activities, also review good
condition of the spring bellow of
the tongue.
3.
The tongue of the secondary
connections mechanism shall be
aligned coming to the front of
the MCC cell, it means being
parallel to the sides and floor
planes just as indicated.
