In addition to the LAN card, an AVM FRITZ ISDN modem is pre-installed on the
device. To enable this modem, proceed as follows:
1 Select Start > Settings in the Windows Start menu to open the Network Con-
nections.
The Network Connections dialog box will appear.
2 Select Local Area Connection 3.
3 Select Enable from the context menu (right mouse click).
To ensure an optimum performance of the AVM FRITZ ISDN modem, it should be plugged into the
upper USB socket at the rear of the device.
