Keep clear of the area in which
the ramp operates (extends,
retracts, pivots, folds and un-
folds).
Use Hand Holds
to carefully deploy
and stow ramp.

Remember to use good body
mechanics when stowing and
deploying the ramp. Do not re-
lease the ramp when deploying
folding and unfolding the ramp
to and from the vertical stow
position. The ramp will free-fall.
Stow
If the ramp is in the vertical stow
position, push the ramp out from
inside the vehicle only if an as-
sistant is not available and it is
absolutely necessary. The ramp
will free-fall.
Use Hand Holds
to carefully deploy
and stow ramp.
