Krups guarantees this product against all material and manufacturing defects over a period of two
years starting from the purchase date or delivery date. A proof or purchase is required to validate this
guarantee. During this period, Krups will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product at no
additional cost to its owner. The replacement products or repaired parts will be exclusively guaranteed
for the non-expired portion of the initial guarantee or for six months, the actual duration being the longer
of the two. This limited guarantee shall not apply to any defect resulting from an accident, inappropriate
use of the machine, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear nor commercial use. Unless set
out in current legislation, the conditions of this limited guarantee shall not exclude, restrict or modify
