MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Note: Disconnect the device before maintaining or cleaning the
device
Clean the device body
• Use a soft cloth to clean the surface of the device.
• For some stubborn stains, you can use a soft cloth with a little
neutral detergent to remove them.
Note: do not use hard objects for maintenance, so as not to
damage the device. Follow the instruction manual.
Cleaning and changing the filter
When dust appears on the surface of the HEPA filter, you can
clean it with a vacuum cleaner to extend its life. If the filter
replacement indicator comes on, it means the filter needs to be
changed. Follow the instructions for replacing the filter.
Cleaning the water filter
You should clean the water filter periodically (e.g. every 3
months) to prevent limescale contamination of the filter. This can
be done with water and a soft brush.
TROUBLESHOOTING
This chapter describes the most common problems that may be encountered when using the device. If the following tips prove to be
insufficient to solve the problem, please contact the customer service department.
Problem
Filter replacement indicator is on constantly
There is no stream of purified air at the point of air
outlet from the device

Cleaning the water tank
The water tank should be cleaned periodically (e.g. 3 months) to
prevent limescale contamination of the tank. This can be done
with water and a soft brush.
To do this:
• Take out the water tank, take out the humidifying filter, use a
soft brush to clean the water tank.
• For some stubborn stains, you can try using a mild cleaning
agent.
• Then rinse the tank with water and wipe it dry, reinstall the
humidifying filter and put the tank back into the device.
Cleaning the dust sensor
It is recommended to clean the dust sensor inlet periodically (e.g.
3 months) to maintain the accuracy of sensor monitoring.
To do this:
• Open the sensor cover, clean the sensor with a soft cloth.
• You can use a damp cotton swab to clean the inside, then dry
the surface.
• Close the sensor cover.
I have neglected to replace the filter and the device is working with a dirty filter.
Replace the filter with a new one as soon as possible and restart.
The device is not plugged into a power socket. Please insert the device plug
into a power socket and restart it with the key on the control panel.
For proper operation, please place in the device original filter intended for this
model.
The problem may be too high humidity in the room.
The device may be in the wrong place with a lack of free space all around (the
indicated minimum free space is: around the device 30 cm and up to 100 cm).
The room is too large for this model, recommended room size up to 36 m
