Unique number of the control circuit board of the unit. This
number is used, amongst other things, to specify (via the b-
touch control panel) which unit is used as master.
An auto master unit has a control circuit board for automatic
control and is selected in order to attend to the global Biddle
regulation. This unit also regulates the communication in a
master-slave system.
An auto slave unit has a control circuit board for automatic
control, but is largely regulated by the auto master unit.

The value of a local register can be individually set and/or read
