Caratteristiche generali
Le chiavi di programmazione per controlli CAREL permettono la copia del set completo
dei parametri.
Le chiavi di programmazione IROPZKEY00/A0 a differenza della PSOPZKEY00/A0,
tramite l'utilizzo del kit di configurazione PSOPZPRG00, possono impostare fino a sette
configurazioni differenti di parametri all'interno dello strumento. Le chiavi devono essere
collegate al connettore (AMP 4 pin) previsto nei controlli.
Compatibilità con gli strumenti
Le chiavi PSOPZKEY00/A0 possono essere utilizzate con i controlli dell'ultima
generazione, quali µC 2 , ir33, power split, powercompact, I/O Module,...
Da NON utilizzare con controlli della serie PJ, pCO
Le chiavi IROPZKEY00/A0 possono essere utilizzate esclusivamente con i controlli
derivanti dalla piattaforma IR33 (esempio: IR33, IR33 din, powercompact,
powercompact small, Mastercella nuova versione).
Tutte le operazioni si devono eseguire con lo strumento scollegato (spento), salvo diversa
indicazione riportata sul foglio istruzione dello specifico strumento.

Le funzioni principali previste sono due e vengono selezionate mediante i due dip-switch
(situati sotto al coperchio della batteria). Esse sono:
• Caricamento nella chiave dei parametri di un controllo (UPLOAD);
• Copia dalla chiave verso uno o più controlli (DOWNLOAD).
Avvertenza: La copia parametri si può effettuare solo tra strumenti con lo stesso codice.
L'operazione di caricamento dei dati nella chiave (UPLOAD) è invece sempre permessa.
Per facilitare l'individuazione della chiave da utilizzarsi, CAREL ha inserito un'etichetta
su cui si può descrivere la programmazione caricata o la macchina alla quale si riferisce.
Upload - copia dei parametri da uno strumento verso la chiave
• aprire lo sportellino posteriore della chiave e posizionare i due dip-switch in posizione
OFF (Fig. 3). Richiudere lo sportellino;
• collegare la chiave al connettore dello strumento;
• premere il tasto della chiave e mantenere premuto controllando la sequenza di
segnalazione del LED: da rosso, dopo alcuni secondi diventa verde;
• se la sequenza di segnalazione è quella sopra indicata, l'operazione di copia è
conclusa correttamente (LED verde acceso), il tasto può essere rilasciato e la chiave
scollegata dallo strumento; in caso di segnalazioni diverse: se il LED verde non si
accende o se sono presenti lampeggi si è verificato un problema. Vedere la tabella
relativa per il significato delle segnalazioni.
DOWNLOAD - copia dei parametri dalla chiave verso lo strumento
• aprire lo sportellino posteriore della chiave e posizionare il dip-switch n. 1 in posizione
OFF ed il dip-switch n. 2 in posizione ON (vedi Fig. 4). Richiudere lo sportellino;
• collegare la chiave al connettore dello strumento;
• premere il tasto della chiave e mantenere premuto controllando la sequenza di
segnalazione del LED: da rosso, dopo alcuni secondi diventa verde;

• se la sequenza di segnalazione è quella sopra indicata, l'operazione di copia è
conclusa correttamente (LED verde acceso);
il tasto può essere rilasciato; dopo qualche secondo il LED si spegne e la chiave può
essere scollegata dallo strumento;
• in caso di segnalazioni diverse: se il LED verde non si accende o se sono presenti
lampeggi si è verificato un problema.

General characteristics

The programming keys for CAREL controllers are used to copy the complete set of
parameters.
The IROPZKEY00/A0 programming keys, unlike codes PSOPZKEY00/A0, can store up
to seven different configurations of parameters, using the configuration kit code PSOPZPRG00.
The keys must be connected to the connector (4 pin AMP) fitted on the controllers.

Instrument compatibility

The keys code PSOPZKEY00/A0 can be used with the latest generation controllers,
such as µC
B , pCO 1 , pCO 2 , µChiller standard e compact. It CANNOT be used with the PJ series, pCO
compact controllers.
The IROPZKEY00/A0 keys can only be used with the controllers based on the IR33
platform (for example: IR33, IR33 din, powercompact, powercompact small, Mastercella
new version).
The instrument must be disconnected (turned-off) during the performance of all the
operations, unless otherwise indicated on the specific product's directions leaflet
The two main functions (upload/download) that can be selected through two dip-swit-
ches (which are placed under the battery cover). They are:
• Loading to the key the parameters of a controller (UPLOAD);
• Copying from the key to one or more controllers (DOWNLOAD).
Warning: the copying of the parameters is allowed only between instruments with the
same code. Data loading operation to the key is always allowed. To make identification
of the key easier CAREL has inserted a label on which you can describe the loaded
programming or the machine to which you are referring.

UPLOAD - copying the parameters from an instrument to the key:

• open the rear hatch of the key and place the two dip-switches in the OFF position
(see Fig. 3). Close the hatch;
• connect the key to the connector of the instrument;
• press the button on the key and keep it pressed, checking the LED signal sequence:
at first it is red, after a few seconds it becomes green;
• if the sequence of signals is as indicated above, the copying operation has been
completed correctly (green LED ON), the button can be released and the key
disconnected from the instrument; in case of different signals: if the green LED doesn't
turn on or if there are some flashes, there's a problem. Refer to the corresponding
table for the meaning of the signals.

DOWNLOAD - copying the parameters from the key to the instrument:

• open the rear hatch of the key and place the dip-switch n. 1 in the OFF position and
the dip-switch n. 2 in the ON position (see Fig. 4). Close the hatch;
• connect the key to the connector of the instrument;
• press the button on the key and keep it pressed, checking the LED signal sequence:
at first it is red, after a few seconds it becomes green;
• if the sequence of signals is as indicated above, the copying operation has been
completed correctly (green LED ON), the button can be released; after a few seconds
the LED turns off and the key can be disconnected from the instrument;
• in case of different signals: if the green LED doesn't turn on or if there are some
flashes there's a problem. Refer to the corresponding table for the meaning of the
signals.
