Ramp alignment
Inspect for excessive wear. Replace, apply
white lithium grease.
Inspect for damage, bending or missing rub-
ber bumpers. Replace or otherwise correct
as needed
Inspect cam roller for excessive wear and
function. Replace arm mechanism or other-
wise correct as needed
Inspect cam arm for distortion and function.
Replace arm mechanism or otherwise cor-
rect as needed
Inspect PEM studs that secure cam wheels.
If loose or dislodged. Resecure or replace
Inspect for excessive wear. Replace or oth-
erwise correct as needed
Inspect welds on the lower threaded nut and
rigid cable securement. Resecure, replace
or otherwise correct as needed. Add blue
loctite.
Inspect hinge holes for elongation. Replace
or otherwise correct as needed
Inspect ramp for alignment between guide
blocks. Ramp should be adjusted to not slide
over the ramp guides. Replace or otherwise
correct needed.
