Inspect driver side threshold plate, passen-
ger side threshold plate and rear trim plate
(ramp top cover/floor assembly securement)
Ramp floor threshold transition plate (flap)

Deploy ramp from cassette and inspect
platform stiffeners

Inspect side rail flap operation for deploy-
ment and stowing (hinges, cam blocks and
(8,000 km)
activation linkage arms and wheels)
Inspect ramp deploy/stow pole

Inspect infloor ramp and cassette
Inspect linear guide bearing block, three
inboard carriage wheels and mounting hard-
ware (ramp alignment and movement)
Inspect platform linear guide track and
mounting hardware (ramp alignment and
movement)
Tighten or replace any loose or missing
fasteners
Clean and lubricate with light oil. Tighten or
replace any loose or missing fasteners
Inspect for obstructions or debris such as
dirt, mud, snow, ice, etc. and clean (wipe
clean, vacuum or blow out debris using
compressor) Tighten or replace loose or
missing fasteners. Avoid blowing debris into
cassette
Resecure, replace or otherwise correct as
needed
Clean and lubricate with light oil. Tighten or
replace any loose or missing fasteners
Clean and lubricate with light oil. Resecure,
replace or otherwise correct as needed
Resecure, replace or otherwise correct as
