    2. Preface The IPC unit is a personal VoIP gateway developed using the latest in VoIP technology. Equipped with QoS capability, the IPC unit is able to provide enhanced voice quality while at the same time using limited bandwidth. It is also very simple to install and easy to carry and operate.
