This product is HEAVY. It should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use. TAKE CARE WHEN
LIFTING to avoid personal injury and (or) damage to the product.
This product takes approximately 40 MINUTES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
Do not use power tools to assemble.
The fittings pack contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.

- Page 3 Step by step assembly instructions Step One Place Metal Bracket on Side Rails (3) over pre-inserted bolts in Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) and hand-tighten to loosely secure parts together. Do not tighten bolts with M5 Allen Key (B) until you have inserted the Centre Rail in the next step.
- Page 4 Step Three Attach the Metal Plate (8) to the bottom of Headboard and Footboard using Bolt M6 x 25mm (G)x2. Do not tighten the bolt until you make adjustment for screw hole at Side Rail. Next, insert Screw 3.5 x 30mm (J) and tighten the bolt using M4 Allen Key (A).
- Page 5 Step Four With the curved side facing upwards, insert 2 slats into a centre cap then into 2 side caps on either end(x16). (Please note the Wide Slats must be inserted with the Wide Centre Caps (E) and Wide Side Caps (F)). Repeat this process for all slats. Note: Please see the Diagram 1 below to arrange the slat with the correct system).

Care and Maintenance This bed should be cleaned using a soft, damp cloth and dried immediately. Do not use a very wet cloth or allow any liquid contact for a long period of time as this can permanently damage the surface. Do not use detergents and do not rub as this can cause permanent damage.
